Indian Summer Walk

The weather in Melbourne has been absolutely awesome lately. Most of this week has been typical "Indian Summer" weather. So today I took a walk through the Botanical Gardens, along the river and into the city - ending in Chinatown. I ended up taking 140 pics, and the walk took three hours.

Here are some highlights:

Caulfield Park and Malvern Station

I've come down with a cold, so I really should have stayed in today, but the weather was just far too beautiful to stay indoors all day! So I went down to Caulfield Park for a bit of a walk and a photo excursion. The colours there aren't particularly spectacular at the moment, but I got a few things I thought worth posting, as well as some interesting graffiti around Malvern Station on the way back.

It's funny - I used to pass through Malvern Station virtually every day last year on the way to my old hospitality job, but never really paid much attention to the graffiti in the lane there. It's only once you're looking for interesting random photo opportunities that you notice stuff like that.
