A bit of background - the trip was actually for a job interview. The (potential) job isn't in Sydney, but the company was interviewing everyone in Sydney - it's for a huge project and they're interviewing for potentially tens of roles! So they brought everyone to Sydney for a "recruiting event" - just to get everyone into one spot and keep it simple and efficient. They are looking for relatively specialised talent, hence the spread of recruiting. I'm not really sure how I went - but will find out in 7-10 days.
It was all kinda bizarre, being on a fully funded "business trip" when unemployed. My first company-funded "business trip" ever too. There was something about sitting in a fancy bistro at the Sydney Harbour Marriott munching on a club sandwich that made me feel like the weirdest mix of Unemployed Bum and Successful Professional ever. It was definitely an experience!
Anyway, here are the photos. Starting from pulling out of Melbourne on the 3th of June, some Sydney pics mostly from the 4th of June, and then coming back again on the 5th.
